If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, I will enter 14 days from delivery you can return one or more items and choose to receive other items in exchange or exercise the right of withdrawal. If these days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept the return / refund request.

NB: FROM 4 NOVEMBER 2O21 all returns for exchange are postponed until January 14, 20221, therefore it is possible to purchase Christmas gifts and replace them easily after the holidays, under the conditions listed below.

The right of return and withdrawal is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:

  • the products must not have been used and / or damaged;
  • the products must be returned in their original packaging with the guarantee seal applied to the product;
  • returned products must be sent in one shipment.

Check the three conditions, there are three options available: 

"Product change"(specifying to the staff the size you wish to receive in exchange, moreover it is free for all orders over € 75 spent);

"Gift Card"(voucher that allows you to keep the money online in order to be able to use it as virtual money on the site);

"Refund"(specifying to the staff in charge, by email, on which products purchased to receive a refund).

NB: For refunds only, the costs of home collection and shipping will be deducted by the same.

Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the return to our office, to verify that the goods are returned in the same state in which they were shipped.

When making a return, the customer is required to bear the shipping costs unless he has received a defective product. In this case we will organize the collection. Contact our Customer Service Team within 3 days. After the 3 day deadline, it will no longer be possible to request the free pick-up service. 

It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the Products will be entirely borne by the Buyer.

We reserve the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times.
In the unlikely event that the return is made in unacceptable conditions, we may have to send it back to you.
We also offer a paid service of 
home collection for returns, and is free for product / s changes of orders over € 75. Contact Customer Service for more information.

Other non-refundable products:

Gift Card, Books, Grooming Products. 

In some cases they are only guaranteed partial refunds:

  • If the order is not in original condition, damaged or there are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error;
  • the order has been returned beyond 14 days of delivery.
